چکیده

On Aug. 7, 1985, the Uniform Health Care Information Act was approved by the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws. This Act and its development were first described in the Feb. 1984 JAMRA. The language approved at the Aug. 7 meeting appears below. Explanatory comments are still being drafted at press time, but will accompany the Act when it is distributed to state legislatures. A resolution supporting the Act was approved at the 1985 House Of Delegates.
